        watch'n everything come down
like a rain doesn't wanna stop
as my girlfriend's gone to leave me
        drift'n like leaf come down

fly'n down my way to home
        never found some way astray
i'm coming back to where i need to be
find somebody i call a friend

        ooohoo
        ooohoo

        watch'n everyday come down
as i lose my way around
got laid off not so quickly
boss said i'm gonna have ta let you go

drift'n like a leaf in the wind
find some how to make believe
not a friend in sight for me

        watch'n everything come down
        watch'n everything drift down
not so different than a leaf
drift'n down like rain upon the day

        drift'n down into the alleyway
        gotta find some way today
find a way out of this hole
how did i end up here

got into a fight my friend
lost my money to a gambl'n man
it's no good oh my friend
can i stay the night with you my friend

        i'll make my music baby
come alone with me my friend

    • Composed and performed in 2001.

      • Lyrics:
all of my ways hold me down
from all my chains i don't believe
to break down all my fears
to hold me from my chains of grey
a little slavery, a little painful
        in my crazy world baby

        baby take me higher love,
i don't know to be free
        baby take me higher love,
        please hold me so closely
        baby take me higher love,
i don't know to be free

every way they try to let me go
        now please baby
as if my only way out was to
        forget me
        so if i'm two ways, i know;
so crazy little bleeding people down

        baby take me higher please,
don't hold me down those days
so baby take me higher love,
i ran through my oldest dreams
        baby take me higher please,
i ran away from all my dreams

every day i lose a little bit of my
        sanity
as i lost my job and i found something
        little deeper inside
a crazy thing called meaning my friend
to worry me from all my dreams

        baby take me higher love,
i just don't know to be free
        baby take me higher love,
i lost it all to you my friend
        baby take me higher love,
it's the only thing keep me going at night
        baby take me higher love,
i ran away from all my dreams

        losing everything not so easy
        for me to see
        to believe in something little
        more than what i have
a little bit of love just might
        hold me safely
but you see my fragile life has
        come to an end
